The Get Fit Winter Park initiative is a program offered and designed by the personal trainers at Anytime Fitness, Winter Park to help our community get fit and healthy.

Whether you’re a member of ours or a member somewhere else, we’re offering FREE fitness planning, advanced body composition analyses and personal training sessions to our neighbors in Winter Park and College Park.

Your first personal training session is FREE! It’s on us! Meaning, you don’t have to pay! There are no more excuses to finding out the best way to reach your fitness goals!

Jesse Garcia

While I’ve been training clients for 7 years, my passion for fitness began 12 years ago. I got my training certification at the age of 18 and, subsequently, attended Bryan University for Exercise Science. Since then, I’ve trained many different clients from strength and conditioning to balance and coordination, competed in 3 NPC bodybuilding contest and am currently prepping for my 4th. My knowledge and continuing education continues to grow as I meet more individuals on the same path I am on, nothing brings me more gratitude than being their guide on the same journey that changed my own life. I look forward to helping you!

Fox Forlenza

Fox Forlenza, Certified Personal Trainer and Results Club Trainer, is certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). The impetus for his fitness journey began through his belief that a life without good health and good intentions is a life wasted. His engaging personality, vast experience in customer service and members-first mentality provide excellent resources and intentions to help Anytime Fitness, Winter Park members and clients get a healthier place.

As a Results Club Trainer, he helps members get to a healthier place anytime, anywhere through virtual services, custom workouts and progress checks. Whether in the gym or at home, clients can expect workouts tailored to their goals using the equipment or resources they have available through Fox’s uniquely adapted workouts.

Kevin McGaha

Kevin is a certified personal trainer and co-owner of Anytime Fitness, Winter Park. He has extensive experience with a cross-section of demographics from teenagers to more mature clients. He also trains a wide range of activity levels and lifestyle goals, including weight loss, muscle building and sports-specific.

Patrick McGaha, Jr.

Patrick is the Member Experience Manager at Anytime Fitness, Winter Park and is dedicated to providing a welcoming environment conducive to helping members and clients reach their fitness goals. His goal is to help the residents in the greater Winter Park area get more active and fit.
